Coverage Highlights

Limit of Liability of $1,000,000 for acts, errors or omissions of the NTEU member which constitutes either common law, statutory, or Constitutional torts.

Additional administrative expense coverage for liability up to $100,000 arising out of any disciplinary proceedings or Judicial Sanctions against such members of NTEU.  

* New for 2010/2011 Policy Period:  Administrative Expense coverage limits can be increased to $200,000 for an additional 25% premium. See premium rating page for exact rates.

Company provided counsel to defend suits for damages.
