Coverage Highlights
Limit of Liability of $1,000,000 for acts, errors or omissions of the NTEU member which constitutes either common law, statutory, or Constitutional torts.
Additional administrative expense coverage for liability up to $100,000 or can be increased to $200,000 (for an additional 25% premium) arising out of any disciplinary proceedings or Judicial Sanctions against such members of NTEU.
